EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting (PC) is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and deliver SAP EnableNow learning content for SAP/SI projects in India. You will work with SAP consultants and SMEs to build engaging training materials and assessments.

You will apply ADDIE and other models, create media, ensure updates align with SAP changes, and contribute to thought leadership in the SAP learning domain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
• Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines.
• Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction.
• Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe.
• Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles.
• Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT.
• Ability to review learning deliverables developed by others.
• Ability to develop learning estimations and proposals.
• Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
• Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
• Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
• Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
• Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SAP/SI domain
• Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements
• Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
• Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice
• Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain
• Responsible for decision‑making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

The Opportunity

We are looking for Instructional Design Senior Consultants with expertise in System Implementation/SAP projects to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.

Your Key Responsibilities
