Rwindia in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP functional lead to own end-to-end fulfilment capabilities within an SAP S/4HANA environment. You will drive order-to-cash optimization, master data integrity, and financial integration while guiding complex transformation programs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage high-stakes stakeholder engagements, define functional roadmaps, and ensure standardization across SAP modules and connected applications.

Formación

• Strong expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end O2C processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations, or global rollouts.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end order-to-cash process, including sales order, delivery, billing, and postings.
• Define fulfilment strategy, functional roadmap, standardized solutions, and process harmonization.
• Lead SAP SD functional design across pricing, availability checks, delivery, billing, returns, and intercompany sales.
• Govern integration between SAP fulfilment and FI/CO, ensuring accurate accounting, taxation, revenue postings, and financial reconciliation.
• Establish Material Master Data governance, data quality standards, lifecycle controls, and harmonization.
• Govern Business Partner processes, including customer/vendor integration, onboarding, validation, and data quality.
• Provide functional architecture leadership and ensure integration consistency across SAP modules and connected applications.
• Lead solution design reviews, fit-to-standard assessments, and functional risk management.
• Manage SAP delivery across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Lead distributed teams, manage senior stakeholders and vendors, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end functional strategy, solution design, governance, and delivery of SAP fulfilment capabilities across SAP SD, FI/CO integration, Material Master Data, and Business Partner Management within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on order-to-cash process optimization, master data integrity, financial integration, and leadership of complex SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO integration, billing-related accounting, account determination, taxation, and receivables.
• Experience in Material Master Data governance and Business Partner Management.
• Knowledge of customer/vendor integration in SAP S/4HANA.
• Cross-functional integration knowledge of MM, PP, EWM, and TM.
• Experience in solution architecture, functional governance, and fit-to-standard decisions.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams and complex SAP initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile delivery, release management, testing strategy, and production operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, aftermarket, or global supply-chain environments.
• SAP MDG, data migration, master data quality, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, APIs, IDocs, integration monitoring, and SAP extensibility.
• Experience in global template development and deployment.
• Exposure to AI-enabled development, process automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Experience managing strategic system integrators and geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant functional areas is desirable.
