Ford Motor in Chennai, Tamil Nadu seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to partner with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and design scalable SAP Finance solutions. You will guide FI configuration (GL, AR, AP, AA, FSCM, BCM) and ensure integration across SAP modules while supporting transformation initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years SAP consulting, 3+ years S/4HANA implementation, and strong workshop facilitation in Agile environments. SAP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years SAP consulting experience.
• At least 6 years hands-on experience in SAP FI and Management Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Participation in at least 3 to 4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), AR, AP, FSCM, BCM, Intercompany Taxation.
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance integration with other modules.
• SAP Business Partner and SAP Fiori knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• preferred SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or related areas.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Experience with ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion programs.
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with third-party applications.

Senior SAP FI consultant As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define business processes, and design finance solutions that align with organizational objectives.

You will provide strategic guidance on SAP Financial Accounting capabilities and support the deployment of scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

You will play a key role in solution design, implementation, integration, and transformation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and operational excellence.

Partner with business owners and stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and project objectives.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive solution design decisions.

Develop tactical and strategic roadmaps for SAP Finance solution deployment.

Advise customers on SAP best practices and finance transformation strategies.

Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Support Agile project delivery methodologies and governance processes.

Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve solution issues.

Participate in solution testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
