SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – Financial Accounting

A highly experienced consultant expected to deliver complex SAP S/4 HANA implementations across FI/CO modules with integration to MM, SD, and PS. Must have strong knowledge of functional processes, customizations, and project management skills.

Technical Competencies

• Around 7‑10 years of SAP experience as a consultant with complex multiple projects, including core template design, build, validation, roll‑out, and support.
• Hands‑on experience with FI (G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, Closing) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal order, CO‑PA, CO‑PC) modules.
• Certification and hands‑on experience on SAP S/4HANA Finance module.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
• Experience integrating with MM, SD, PS modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP functional processes, available functionalities, and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders).
• Experience with project stages (run, deployments, testing) and project management (planning, follow‑up, teamwork, multiple team interaction).

Functional Competencies

• High level of expertise on SAP S/4 FICO Module.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4 product costing configuration and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to the intended audience; excellent English required.
• Team player and networking with colleagues and external partners.
• Hands‑on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting with good understanding of FSCM processes.

Areas of Responsibility

• Support implementation of the SAP S/4HANA solution to meet specified business requirements (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM).
• Provide the required level of SAP and functional knowledge on Financial and Controlling Processes.
