Job summary

IT Resonance Inc in Chennai is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our finance SAP practice. The role requires deep SAP FICO knowledge, S/4HANA exposure, and hands-on implementation and support experience.

You will lead end-to-end FI/CO configurations, assist with interfaces to MM/SD, drive UAT, data migration, and ensure ITIL-aligned project governance. This full-time position offers challenging projects and stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years domain experience with 8+ years in SAP.
• 3+ implementations and multiple support projects including at least one on S4 HANA.
• ITIL knowledge and project management methodologies are required.
• Ability to control project scope, efforts and costs.
• Strong SAP FI/CO, integration with MM/SD, and Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Extensive FI customization, configuration and testing in GL, AP, AR, FA, AA, PS, CO-CCA, IO orders.
• Experience with US GAAP and internal orders, overhead and capex orders.
• End-to-end responsibilities: UAT, data migration, interfaces such as IDOC/BAPI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional specs for ABAP interfaces.
• Coordinate with teams for system design and solutioning.
• Manage interfaces/EDI and IDOC connections.

Job Description

• Should have minimum of 4 years of domain experience with minimum 8 plus years on SAP
• More than 3 implementation & multiple Support projects. one implementation should be on S4 HANA
• Project Managers should have working knowledge of ITIL, Project management methodologies is must
• Service Managers & Project Managers should be able to Control the scope/Efforts & cost of a project
• Service Managers & Project Managers should have the people management skills ,SAP Finance, Controlling and Integration of FI with MM and SD with Procure to Pay and Order to cash Cycles.
• Experience of Financial Accounting FI Customization, Configuration and testing in General Ledger Accounting FI-NEW G/L, Accounts Payable FI-A/P, Accounts Receivable FI-A/R, Bank Accounting FI-BA, Asset Accounting FI-AA and Project Systems PS in a complex business environment. Controlling Area with CO-CCA-Assessments/Distribution, PCA-settings and hierarchy. Experienced in US GAAP, Working knowledge in IO Internal Orders which includes Overhead Orders and Capex Orders. Internal Order Budgeting and Settlements. PM Maintenance orders and settlement of accrued cost to G/L account, cost centers. Profitability Segment Reports.
• Month End and Year End process in FA and Asset Management
• Provided Functional Specs for wide range of ABAP objects including User Exits, BDCs and complex Interactive Reports using ALEs and SAP Scripts and also Interfaces using Outbound and Inbound IDOC and BAPIs.
