Job summary

RAIN is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant with 7+ years of experience, including deeper functional work in manufacturing. You will review business processes, configure SAP FICO and related modules, and collaborate with ABAP teams on reporting needs.

Strong customer-facing skills and ability to document processes are essential. Experience with US Tax and India GST, plus cross-module integration, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP FICO with manufacturing industry exposure.
• Experience with cross module integration (PP, PM, MM, SD, PS, HR).
• Hands-on experience with interfaces with SAP (ABAP contexts, EBS, DMEE, ALE-IDOC, Report Painter).

Responsibilities

• Review and map business processes in SAP FICO.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO settings; knowledge of PS module.
• Coordinate with ABAP teams for reporting requirements.
• Write functional specifications and facilitate blueprinting discussions.
• Act as business analyst focusing on process improvement and requirement analyses.

Position Description

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Review and Mapping

• Act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience: 7+ years (2+ years functional experience in manufacturing industry and 5+ years in SAP FICO)

Competencies Must-have Skills

• Good skills set in FI & CO areas including New GL, AR, AP, AA
• Good Understanding & Working knowledge of CO concepts.
• Experience with EBS (BAI), DMEE, ALE-IDOC, and report painter, ABAP query
• Experience in implementation, support, upgrade projects
• Hands on experience with interfaces with SAP
• Good experience in designing custom objects, processes as requested by the customer using BAPI, user Exits, etc. along with the technical team
• Experience in cross module integration with PP, PM, MM, SD ,PS and HR
• Experience US Tax and India GST.
• Should have implemented SAP FICO in manufacturing industry

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience in Europe and USA projects
• S/4 implementation experience

Soft Skills

• Ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting
• Should be a team player
• Good Communication Skills
