Job summary

Tech First Gulf is seeking a Senior SAP Developer to lead the design, development, implementation, customization, and support of SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions. You will develop enhancements, reports, integrations, and technical solutions while collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and external vendors to optimize ERP performance and business operations.

As a Senior SAP Developer willlead the design, development, implementation, customization, and support of SAPBusiness One (SAP B1) solutions. You will be responsible for developingenhancements, reports, integrations, and technical solutions whilecollaborating with business users, functional consultants, and external vendorsto optimize ERP performance and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Development &Customization

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP Business Onecustomizations and enhancements.
  
• Develop user-defined fields (UDFs), user-definedtables (UDTs), formatted searches, stored procedures, and transactionnotifications.
  
• Build and maintain integrations between SAP B1 andthird-party applications.
  
• Develop and optimize SQL/HANA queries, CrystalReports, dashboards, and customized reports.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application anddatabase-related issues.
  

ERP Implementation &Support

• Participate in SAP B1 implementation, migration,upgrade, and rollout projects.
  
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support forSAP B1 users.
  
• Support implementation teams through configuration,testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  
• Coordinate with SAP partners and external vendorsfor issue resolution and product enhancements.
  

Business Analysis &Solution Design

• Gather and analyze business requirements fromstakeholders.
  
• Convert business requirements into technicalspecifications and development solutions.
  
• Design Business Blueprint Documents and technicaldesign documentation.

Reporting & Data Management

• Design, develop, and maintain management reportsusing Crystal Reports and SAP B1 reporting tools.
  
• Perform data migration, validation, cleansing, andreconciliation activities.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistencyacross systems.
  
• Support business intelligence and analyticsinitiatives.
  

System Administration & Performance Optimization

• Monitor ERP performance and optimize databases,integrations, and add-ons.
  
• Manage SAP B1 authorizations, licenses, workflows,and approval procedures.
  
• Ensure system security, backups, disaster recovery,and compliance with company policies.
  
• Recommend and implement technical improvements toenhance system performance.
  

Documentation & Training

• Prepare technical documentation, support handoverdocuments, SOPs, and user manuals.
  
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfersessions.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to internalteams.

• Review code quality and enforce development bestpractices.
