Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce QA experience and manual testing
• Experience with test design and delivering high-quality QA outputs
• Experience with Salesforce technology and automation testing
• Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks
• Exposure to Agile development processes and methodologies
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Salesforce Admin certification (desirable)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant certification (nice to have)
• Exposure to Salesforce business analysts and testing acrossSalesforce modules

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute QA test cases for Salesforce projects
• Ensure QA delivery with high quality and timely status updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, PM, and product managers
• Identify risks and define contingencies and test plans
• Apply Agile practices and continuous improvement in QA
• Utilize Azure DevOps/Jira for tracking and reporting
• Contribute to automation testing and use of AI tools in QA

Role Overview

• Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of relevant experience on manual testing.
• Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality.
• Must Have Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
• Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.
• Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
• Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
• Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
• Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Good to Have Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification
• Exposure to Salesforce business analysts
• Experience with Salesforce automation testing
• Certification Salesforce Admin certification
