Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio).
• Strong implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Build and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards), and Vlocity CPQ.
• Configure and enhance Health Cloud functionalities including patient management, care plans, care teams, and healthcare workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions in an Agile environment.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security practices, and governance policies.
