Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to refine technical specifications and determine optimal implementation strategies.
• Develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Manage and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing custom code and configuration.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to other developers.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant enhancements.
• Maintain clear documentation for developed components and solutions.
• Work in JIRA to manage delivery of user stories.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, utilizing Apex, LWC, Process Builder, Flows and Approval Processes.
• Exposure to Salesforce deployment tools such as change sets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce back-end infrastructure such as custom settings and custom labels.
• Experience with Salesforce security such as Roles, Profiles and Sharing Settings.
• Experience with the implementation of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II highly desirable).

Soft Skills
