As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions to support our business processes. This role involves leveraging your 2+ years of experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver high-quality solutions, and enhance system efficiency. You will drive innovation by optimizing Salesforce features and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other development tools to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
• Identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve Salesforce application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet established standards.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, resolve user issues, and implement system enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
• Support junior developers by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

General

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Models (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
