They should be comfortable taking guidance from the Lead Developer, following best coding practices, and completing tasks on time while contributing to high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Salesforce flows, Apex code, and LWC components.
• Collaborate with the Lead Developer and follow technical guidelines and architectural best practices.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned development tasks with high-quality, maintainable code.
• Follow best coding practices, including optimized queries, error handling, and reusability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to enhance system reliability.
