Job summary

Ideal International Industries in Jaipur is seeking a Senior sales HORECA to lead and manage the company's sales and marketing operations in the HORECA segment.

You will develop strategies, identify opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafes and institutional clients, manage key accounts, coordinate with operations and logistics, and drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Sales/BD, preferably in the HORECA, hospitality, FMCG, coffee equipment, or food service industry.
• Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, marketing strategies, and key account management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
