Job summary

IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance in Kerala seeks a partner relations executive to drive premium targets and strengthen broker/partner relationships across branches. You will engage with branch teams and partner staff to align sales activities.

You will conduct regular product, process, and sales trainings, coordinate with internal teams for proposals and policy issuance, monitor performance, and provide updates on market activities to maximize insurance business and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets through broker/partner relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker/partner employees and branch teams.

• Increase business productivity through regular partner engagement, branch visits, and joint customer calls.
• Identify opportunities to increase insurance business across assigned partner branches.
