Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking a Retail Associate to help customers choose frames, lenses, and sunglasses while driving sales through exceptional service. You will guide choices, upsell where appropriate, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will also maintain the store display and cleanliness, handle billing and inventory tasks, and support team members in daily operations. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Fluent English communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
• Graduation preferred.
