Job summary

Lenskart in Bengaluru is seeking a customer-centric Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose eyewear, process sales, and ensure smooth store operations.

You will engage customers, explain product features, handle billing, and support inventory and merchandising to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Graduates or 12th pass with minimum one year of sales experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to upsell.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment in Bengaluru.
