Job summary

Atica Global Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to join our Pune office. You will provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop a sales action plan, and drive revenue growth.

The role includes prospecting, pipeline development, and bi-weekly strategy calls with hotel partners. You will mentor a buddy during shadowing and training, manage time effectively, and communicate in excellent English to create compelling pitches, proposals, and reports.

Qualifications

• Availability to work from Pune office (Mon–Fri) and shifts 5PM–3AM or 7PM–5AM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport over the phone.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for pitches, proposals, and reports.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor during shadowing and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA and execute a sales action plan to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new prospects, activate new accounts in the US market, and grow market share from existing clients.
• Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using a Lead management platform to shorten the sales cycle.
• Ensure hotel ownership is profitable and find ways to add value for each hotel managed.
• Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with designated hotels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall success.
• Support development of sales strategies and suggest improvements to sales processes.

Key Requirements:

• 1. Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals
• 2. You identify new prospects, aggressively activate new accounts in the local US market, and grow our market share from existing clientele in US market.
• 3. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Lead management platform to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle
• 4. Making sure that the hotel ownership is profitable and finding new ways to add value to each hotel you're responsible for
• 5. Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
• 6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
• 7. Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.

Qualifications:

• 1. Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be 5PM to 3AM/7PM to 5AM
• 2. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative. Also, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
• 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
• 4. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in hotel industry
• 5. Excellent written and verbal English skills-whether it's making a compelling phone pitch, writing business proposals, creating general correspondence, or generating reports.
• 6. Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, as the role involves mentoring and guiding a buddy during the shadowing and training process.
