Senior Robotics Process Automation Engineer – Analytics
FinThrive is an award‑winning healthcare technology company that delivers revenue‑management solutions to accelerate cash flow and compliance. We are seeking a Senior RPA Engineer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions in the healthcare revenue cycle using UIPath.
Job Overview
- Design, develop, and test UIPath robotic process automation workflows.
- Provide recommendations for integrating RPA solutions into enterprise applications and architectures.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross‑functional resources to define and deliver business‑impacting projects.
- Capture business requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical approaches and designs.
- Build and maintain UIPath component libraries that promote rapid bot development.
- Consult on process definition documents and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
- Conduct internal testing; support user acceptance testing and implementation activities to ensure successful production bot deployment and go‑live.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences in a variety of channels (written, oral, presentation).
- Promote agile development practices by maintaining code libraries and creating rapid prototypes.
- Ensure automation projects adhere to standards and solution architecture.
- Develop complex automation to support broader technology and business strategies.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on‑call rotation as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with UIPath‑specific RPA development.
- Experience deploying RPA solutions to server and cloud platforms, including bot credentialing, data security management, and process scheduling.
- Experience with business process improvement, including process mapping and design‑based thinking.
- Experience developing RPA solutions that utilize OCR, natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Quick learner with a desire to stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Functional knowledge of Agile development and software development lifecycle management principles.
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Understanding of workflow‑based logic.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Superior time and project management skills.
- Skilled problem‑solver with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, PDF, and Word.
Desired
- UiPath RPA Certified Advanced Developer strongly preferred.
- Healthcare EDI experience including 837, 835, 278, 276/277 transactions.
- Experience working with cloud environments (such as Azure and UIPath cloud).
