Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional in Gurugram, India to drive process mining initiatives and build robust data pipelines. You will transform data using SQL, Python, and ETL tools, and develop dashboards to monitor cycle time, rework, and invoice accuracy.

The role requires hands-on experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio, and related mining platforms, with 3–6 years of relevant work. Collaboration across finance, SCM, IT, and operations will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Business process mining and task mining experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end process mining, ETL/data engineering, dashboarding, and process optimization initiatives.
• Build and enhance process and task mining data models using Celonis, SAP Signavio, MPM/MPMx.
• Design, transform, and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, ETL (Alteryx, Knime).
• Develop front‑end process dashboards to track metrics such as cycle time, rework, GRN delays, invoice mismatches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, supply chain, IT, operations) to drive analytics deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, supply chain, IT, operations) to drive timely completion of analytics deliverables
