Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Process Excellence Specialist to map, model, and govern end-to-end processes across P2P, O2C, AR/AP, logistics, and IT services. You will capture current-state workflows and design optimized future-state maps with BPMN 2.0, while building a repository of process maps, SOPs, and control documents.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience in business process mapping, strong BPMN/Visio/ARIS/Signavio skills, and exposure to RPA tools such as UI Path and Automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in business process mapping, process management.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN, Visio, ARIS, and Signavio for modelling and documentation.
• Experience creating SOPs, process governance artifacts, and control documentation.
• Analytical skills including root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Exposure to RPA tools (UI Path, Automation Anywhere) and ML-assisted solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management: workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering.
• Domain knowledge across P2P, O2C, AR/AP, logistics, vendor management, ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end business process mapping, governance, and management initiatives across P2P, O2C, AP/AR, logistics, and operations.
• Lead end-to-end process modelling and design optimized future-state maps using BPMN 2.0.
• Develop and maintain process repositories, maps, SOPs, and control documentation.
• Support process governance frameworks including standardization and version control.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities through stakeholder discussions.
• Drive process optimization including simplification, standardization, and automation readiness.
• Facilitate process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Support process performance management with KPIs/KRIs and health monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and consistency.
• Support documentation: BPMN flows, TO‑BE designs, BRD, UAT support, governance.
• Participate in pre-sales support, value analysis, estimation, and business case preparation when needed.
