Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Bengaluru seeks a Process Mining specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience across Celonis and SAP Signavio platforms. You will design KPIs, build end-to-end dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions for diverse clients.

Strong SQL/PQL skills and knowledge of OCPM concepts are expected. The role involves collaboration with clients to translate requirements into robust process-mining solutions, showcasing insights through effective communication and presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Process Mining technologies and solutions offered by leading platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, and related tools.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering / computer science / Electronics / Industrial or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Process Mining technologies and solutions offered by leading platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, and related tools.
• Design and develop KPIs and performance metrics tailored to specific business processes and client use cases.
• Build end-to-end Analysis Dashboards, Execution Apps, and insights-driven visualizations to support operational decision-making.
• Work extensively with Celonis components, including Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models, Simulation, and Data Explorer.
• Utilize Signavio Process Insights, Process Intelligence, and Plug & Gain accelerators to drive transformation outcomes.
• Identify, define, and implement Execution Gap use cases across various business workflows.
• Establish and manage connections to diverse data sources using APIs, RFCs, and other integration mechanisms.
• Create custom connectors and set up end-to-end live data connectivity across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL, PQL (Process Query Language), and Signavio Signal queries to support data modeling and analysis.
• Implement Multi-Event Log structures for complex process scenarios and custom mining requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather, understand, and translate requirements into robust process-mining solutions.
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations effectively through strong presentation and communication skills.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to explore processes, detect inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations.
• Knowledge of OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) concepts and implementation approaches.
• It is beneficial for candidates to have implementation experience with Celonis AI features such as Process CoPilot, Insights Explorer, PI Graph, MCP, AI Agents, and the Annotation Builder.
