Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior Celonis Process Analyst to lead end-to-end Celonis projects, spanning scoping, deployment, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mining, optimization, and implementation, with a track record of uncovering inefficiencies across business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process mining or process improvement role.
• Certified Celonis Process Mining Professional.
• Proven track record of managing 6–7 end-to-end Celonis projects.
• Proficiency in Celonis or similar process mining tool.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Celonis process mining projects—from scoping to deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
• Analyze business processes using Celonis and other mining tools to detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Design and build Celonis dashboards and models that deliver actionable insights
• Maintain detailed process documentation including workflows, maps, and SOPs
• Train internal teams and stakeholders on Celonis methodologies and best practices
• Stay current with emerging trends in process mining and related technologies
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of project milestones
