Job summary

TrustGrid Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced RF/5G engineer to own end-to-end performance for wireless links, spectrum management, and calibration across LoRa mesh, Private 5G, and FSO networks. This full-time Bangalore-based role targets 7–10 years of expertise, focusing on RF optimization and O-RAN compliance.

You will work on calibrating 5G macros, conducting atmospheric compensation research for FSO, and fine-tuning antenna placements to mitigate interference in multi-radio environments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in 5G NR Physical Layer and O-RAN specifications (<140 chars).
• Hands-on experience with SDRs (Ettus USRP) and GNU Radio.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools (MATLAB, HFSS or Remcom).

• Research and implement atmospheric compensation algorithms for Free-Space Optical (FSO) links.
• Characterize and optimize antenna placement for multi-radio interference mitigation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in 5G NR Physical Layer and O-RAN specifications.
• Hands-on experience with SDRs (Ettus USRP) and GNU Radio.
