Job summary

ProArch in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst with 4–5 years of hands-on billing experience, preferably in a global environment. You will own end-to-end billing cycles across FC, T&M, Retainers, and Milestones, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with project teams, delivery, finance, and international clients, manage multi-currency transactions, and leverage ERP systems and advanced Excel to generate reports and support revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on billing or revenue operations experience (global exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of FC, T&M, Retainer, and Milestone-based billing.
• Experience with multi-currency billing and international tax considerations.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for domestic and international clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Handle project-based billing models, including FC, T&M, Retainers, and Milestone-based billing.
• Review contracts, SOWs, and timesheets to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare and validate invoices per contractual terms and schedules.

• Monitor billing schedules, pending invoices, unbilled revenue, and exceptions.

• Prepare periodic billing reports and reconciliations using Excel.
• Identify discrepancies, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with ERP systems to process billing transactions and ensure data reliability.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of billing operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Revenue Analyst with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in billing, preferably in a global business environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project‑based billing models, including Fixed Cost (FC), Time & Material (T&M), Retainers, and Milestone‑based billing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing activities, ensuring billing accuracy, maintaining financial documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and international clients. Experience with multi‑currency transactions, global tax considerations, advanced Excel functions, and ERP systems is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations for domestic and international clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Handle project-based billing models, including Fixed Cost (FC), Time & Material (T&M), Retainers, and Milestone-based billing.
• Review project contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, timesheets, and milestone approvals to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare and validate invoices in accordance with contractual terms, client requirements, and agreed billing schedules.
• Manage multi‑currency billing transactions and ensure appropriate application of exchange rates and currency‑related adjustments.
• Support billing activities involving global tax considerations, ensuring adherence to applicable tax requirements and internal compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, delivery teams, finance teams, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and obtain required approvals.
• Monitor billing schedules, pending invoices, unbilled revenue, and billing‑related exceptions to ensure timely revenue processing.
• Maintain accurate billing records, supporting documents, and audit‑ready financial documentation.
• Prepare periodic billing reports, reconciliations, and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify billing discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with ERP and accounting systems to process billing transactions and maintain reliable financial data.
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation of billing operations.

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in billing, revenue operations, or a related finance function, preferably with global exposure.
• Strong understanding of project‑based billing models, including:

• Milestone-based billing
• Experience in multi‑currency billing and familiarity with international tax considerations.

• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across different countries.
