Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA with 3–6 years of work experience.
• Experience in dashboards and data analysis.
• Ability to automate data processes and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and develop dashboards.
• Provide real-time updates of dashboards.
• Generate business insights from historical data.
• Create strategies to improve business performance.
• Ensure data authenticity and provide raw data as required.
• Prepare monthly decks for business reviews with MD.
• Coordinate inter-departmentally for smooth data flow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understanding the business requirements and developing dashboards basis the requirements
• Realtime data updation of the dashboards
• Generating business insights basis, the historical data
• Creating strategies with an aim to improve the business performance
• Having necessary knowledge of the business tools and softwares
• Ensuring data authenticity
• Providing raw data basis, the business requirements
• Preparing of the monthly decks for the business reviews with MD
• Inter departmental coordinations to ensure smooth data flow
• Doing root cause analysis of the data present as per the requirements
• Ensuring automation of the data
• Collections resolution reporting
