Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a high-performing distributor-channel sales leader to drive AUM growth across PMS, AIF and advisory products through existing and new distributors. This role requires end-to-end relationship management and aggressive expansion of the distributor network in the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate will own clear sales targets, manage intermediary conversations, and thrive in a fully on-site, Mumbai-based position with performance-driven incentives.

Qualifications

• Distributor-channel selling experience required.
• Extensive banking/financial industry experience.
• Understanding of the distributor lifecycle is essential.
• Must have on-site Mumbai office role.

• Lead from the front to build AUM across PMS, AIF and advisory products through existing distributors and by adding new ones.
• Drive business from existing distributors, keep them updated and manage the relationship end to end.
• Grow the distributor base across the target geography.
• Carry an individual business target and own delivery against it.
• Run product and performance conversations with intermediaries.

• Grow the distributor base across the target geography


• Carry an individual business target and own delivery against it


• Run product and performance conversations with intermediaries

Must have:

• Distributor-channel selling, not direct retail


• the whole seat runs through intermediaries.


• Broad financial and banking industry experience with a real understanding of the distributor lifecycle is required.


• A direct HNI relationship manager with no distributor network will not clear.


• This role is fully on site at the Mumbai office.


• Compensation is up to Rs 15 LPA plus performance incentives candidates whose current fixed already exceeds this ceiling will not clear.
