Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Relationship Manager to drive PMS and AIF sales in the B2B space, engaging IFAs and wealth management firms. The role focuses on onboarding MFDs, managing partner relationships, and supporting joint client meetings with High-Net-Worth individuals in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

The candidate will lead sales efforts, train MFDs on products, and work to grow AUM and revenue in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment.
• Graduate or MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, AIF and PMS.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner acquisition and empanelment with MFDs and IFAs.
• Manage partner relationships and provide market updates.
• Support joint client meetings with HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Drive revenue and market penetration in the assigned region.
• Provide product training to MFDs.

Relationship Manager for PMS and AIF sales in the B2B segment(IFAs, and wealth management firms).

Budget 10-12 Lacs

Location - Mumbai & Ahmedabad

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Empanelment: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
• Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MFDs, keeping them updated on scheme performance and market trends.
• Joint Client Engagement: Support partners by accompanying them on joint meetings with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Business & AUM Growth: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize market penetration in assigned region.
• Product Training: Motivates MFDs to participate in knowledge sessions, product presentations, and training to equip MFDs with the right sales tools.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or MBA preferred (Finance/Marketing)
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity markets,AIF and PMS
• Soft Skills: Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
