Job summary

WOW Softech is hiring an experienced State Head PMS & AIF Distribution to spearhead business growth across the assigned geography (Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi). The role requires a strong B2B distribution background and an established network across IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, wealth managers and distributors.

You will lead distributor acquisition, empanelment and activation, build relationships, mobilise AUM and drive revenue growth through product presentations, webinars and investor awareness

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in PMS, AIF, mutual funds or asset management distribution.
• Strong network with IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, wealth managers and distributors.
• Proven track record in distributor acquisition, empanelment and channel activation.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilise AUM and generate revenue.

• Acquire, empanel, activate and manage distributors and channel partners.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced State Head PMS & AIF Distribution to spearhead business growth across the assigned geography.

The ideal candidate will be a strong B2B distribution professional with an established network across IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices and National Distributors, and a proven track record of distributor acquisition, channel activation and AUM mobilisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive PMS & AIF distribution business across the assigned state/city.
• Acquire, empanel, activate and manage distributors and channel partners.
• Build and strengthen relationships with IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices & National Distributors.
• Drive AUM mobilisation, revenue growth and business development.
• Generate HNI/UHNI business through the distribution ecosystem.
• Conduct distributor meets, product presentations, webinars and investor awareness initiatives.
• Identify new channel opportunities and improve partner productivity.
• Track sales pipeline, partner performance, MIS and business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Investment, Operations, Marketing and Compliance teams for smooth execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8–15 years of relevant experience in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, Wealth Management or Investment Product Distribution.

Strong experience in B2B / Channel Distribution.

Proven track record in Distributor Acquisition & Empanelment.

Strong IFA / MFD / RIA / Wealth Manager network.

Demonstrated ability to mobilise AUM and generate revenue.

Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds and Capital Markets.

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) preferred. NISM / CFP / CFA / CA would be an added advantage.
