Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Loan Officer to join our growing Secured Lending division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and sourcing of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will act as a primary financial advisor to our customers, guiding them through the entire loan lifecycle—from initial sourcing and financial assessment to final disbursement—while ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Sourcing:

Generate new business leads for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, local networking, and field visits.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with channel partners, including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, real estate developers, chartered accountants (CAs), and property valuers.

Loan Structuring & Financial Assessment:

Understand customer financial profiles, income sources (salaried and self-employed/business owners), and credit requirements to suggest suitable loan products.

Conduct preliminary due diligence, field investigations, and personal discussions (PDs) to assess the repayment capacity and creditworthiness of applicants.

Documentation & Application Processing:

Collect, verify, and compile mandatory KYC, property documents, and financial records (ITRs, banking statements, balance sheets) as per NBFC credit norms.

Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth processing and speedy sanction of files.

Track files from login to disbursement, ensuring turnaround times (TAT) are minimized.

Maintain healthy portfolio quality by monitoring early-stage collections and ensuring timely EMI clearances.

Ensure strict compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, company policies, and Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
