Responsibilities

• Source & generate referrals, database mining, sourcing via social media.
• Manage pipeline and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Prepare checklists for bookings and update candidate availability.
• Manage candidate database and handle booking cancellations.
• Conduct follow-up calls and welfare calls to ensure high service levels.
• Booking new and existing nurses, and handling cancellations from clients and candidates.
• Stakeholder management with colleagues in compliance, sales, and payroll.
• Manage basic payroll queries, chase missing timesheets, manage and --support rejected timesheets, releasing timesheets from NHSP.
• Follow-up call after the first shift: Ensuring service levels remain high.
• Welfare calls to workers –promoting a strong customer experience.
• Developing client relationships & maximizing opportunities.
• Manage self-bookings
