ICG Medical in Gurugram is seeking an OOH Consultant – UK Healthcare to manage staffing for Out-of-Hours services on-site. The role focuses on recruiting and booking healthcare professionals for OOH shifts, engaging candidates via job portals, databases and social networks, and ensuring timely updates and excellent candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have UK healthcare recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset with international customer service

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and booking of healthcare professionals for OOH shifts.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with candidates to identify availability and suitability.
• Handle shift cancellations, replacements, and last-minute staffing requirements.
• Respond promptly to candidate queries and provide regular updates.

Position: OOH Consultant – UK Healthcare

Location: Gurugram, On-site

Shift: 4:30PM-1:30AM or 2:30AM-11:30AM IST

About the Role

The role will focus on managing healthcare staffing requirements for Out-of-Hours (OOH) services, supporting candidates and ensuring shifts are filled efficiently while delivering excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and booking of healthcare professionals for OOH shifts.
• Source and engage healthcare professionals through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with candidates to identify availability and suitability.
• Handle shift cancellations, replacements, and last-minute staffing requirements.
• Respond promptly to candidate queries and provide regular updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a target-driven recruitment/sales environment/international customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
