Responsibilities

• Support recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the ATS.
• Ensure timely responses and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and process discipline.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Recruiting Coordinator with hands on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The role will support recruitment operations and ensure timely and accurate execution of the hiring process as per defined SOPs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment lifecycle job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the ATS.
• Ensure timely responses and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and process discipline.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/recruitment coordination.
• Mandatory: End-to-end US staffing/recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities within timelines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and data management tools.
• Any full-time Graduate (B.Tech /BCA/B.Sc not eligible).
