About This Role

Build beautiful, responsive, and interactive user interfaces for our web applications. Convert Figma designs into production React components with smooth animations and flawless responsiveness.

A Day in the Life

Your day starts reviewing a new Figma mockup from the design team. You break it down into React components, set up the Tailwind classes, and add Framer Motion animations. After a design review with the designer, you polish hover states and mobile breakpoints. By Friday, your component is merged and deployed.

What You'll Do

• Develop reusable, accessible UI components using React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect layouts with attention to spacing and typography
• Implement smooth animations and micro-interactions using Framer Motion and CSS transitions
• Optimize web performance — lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, Core Web Vitals
• Write component-level tests using React Testing Library
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and data fetching patterns

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of React (functional components, hooks, state management, routing)
• Understanding of responsive design patterns and mobile-first development
• Eye for design details — you can spot a 2px misalignment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion)
• Knowledge of Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS animation techniques
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Portfolio of frontend projects with live demos
• Experience with Next.js or Vite
