VoxPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a frontend engineer to build and ship features for the VConnect SPA, omnichannel agent desk, and admin tooling.

You will work with React 17/18, TypeScript, and modern tooling to deliver high-quality UI with a focus on performance. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, including voice and AI specialists, to implement real-time features, integrate REST and WebSocket backends, and contribute to design-system components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production React applications (React 17/18)
• Solid TypeScript across the codebase
• Comfortable with modern tooling (Vite/Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, npm/pnpm)
• Strong CSS to build polished UI from Figma designs
• Experience with REST APIs and, ideally, WebSocket tech

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in our VConnect SPA, the Omnichannel agent desk, and internal admin tooling
• Integrate with REST + WebSocket backends (CodeIgniter 4 / PHP, WebRTC, LiveKit)
• Create reusable UI components for our internal design system
• Own performance: bundle size, lazy-loading, code-splitting, Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with voice/AI engineers on real-time UI features
• Code-review peers and mentor juniors when we hire them

Build and ship features in our VConnect SPA, the Omnichannel agent desk and our internal admin tooling. React 18, modern build tooling, real production scale — 100+ Indian enterprises use what you ship.

• Integrate with REST + WebSocket backends (CodeIgniter 4 / PHP, WebRTC, LiveKit)
• Build reusable components for our internal design system (so we stop reinventing the same dropdown every sprint)
• Own performance — bundle size, lazy-loading, code-splitting, Core Web Vitals
• Pair with our voice and AI engineers when the UI needs to do non-trivial things (real-time call control, AI transcription overlays, IVR flow visualisation)
• Code-review your peers, mentor juniors when we hire them

Must-haves

• 2+ years shipping production React applications (React 17 or 18)
• Solid TypeScript — we use TypeScript across the board
• Comfortable with modern tooling: Vite or Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, npm/pnpm
• State management experience (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar)
• REST API integration; bonus if you have WebSocket experience
• Strong CSS — you can build a polished UI from a Figma without fighting flexbox
• Git workflow discipline (branches, PRs, meaningful commits)
• Bengaluru-based, open to hybrid (3 days office, 2 remote)

Nice-to-haves

• Past experience building telephony / contact-centre / messaging UIs
• WebRTC, SIP.js, JsSIP or LiveKit client SDK experience
• Familiarity with PHP/CodeIgniter on the backend (so you can read API code and not be intimidated)
• Past work on multi-tenant SaaS UIs (tenant switching, role-based UI gating)
• Open-source contributions or a side-project we can browse
• Eye for design — if you can wear a half-designer hat, you'll have more freedom
