Job summary

Vistawh Land Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10-12 years of real estate and construction experience. The role focuses on quantity surveying, cost control, billing, contracts and tendering across high-rise residential and commercial projects.

The candidate will oversee budgets, variations and commercial closure, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate cost reporting and project commercial health.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
• Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, cost control, contracts and variations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and contractor management skills.
• Experience working with developers/contractors and managing project commercials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
• Manage tendering, contractor evaluation, negotiations and work orders.
• Verify and certify RA bills, measurements and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments and cost forecasts.
