Job summary

Aarvi Encon in Navi Mumbai (Nerul) seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to oversee the full inspection lifecycle for precision steel items produced on CNC machines. You will manage the daily inspection schedule and ensure alignment with technical drawings.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering, and the ability to coordinate with production. Six days work per week with the second Saturday off is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing quality control.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) required.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, prepare and manage the Daily Inspection Schedule for production batches.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to verify precision steel item specs.
• Conduct initial checks and prepare Pre-Production Reports.
• Oversee quality during production of precision steel items on CNC machines.
• Verify and utilize various test equipment common in the metal industry.
• Perform dimensional checks on items currently being machined.
• Execute final inspections and prepare Post-Production Reports.
• Update quality logs using Excel and Word to track daily pass/fail rates.
• Coordinate with the production team regarding CNC machining defects.
