Coordination with Internally project team and Client (Quality Aspects).
Understanding customer needs, Contract, and other requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
ISO 9001-2015 requirements and impletion as per project requirement.
Develop, implement, and oversee the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Review client specification, tender documents and quality related clauses.
Develop project specific Quality Management Plan tailored to the tender.
Provide input on organization structure staffing, R&R and quality resourcing.
Support the procurement team with quality criteria in vendor prequalification support construction planning with constructability and inspection strategies.
Respond to client quality related queries or clarification during the tender evaluation phase.
Setting requirements for products and equipment’s for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
Organizing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and receipt inspection at Warehouse.
Liaise with third party inspectors as per requirement Supervise inspectors, technicians, other staffs and provide guidance and feedback.
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze and address non-conformities by implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Oversee quality assurance and control during the construction of foundations, structural components, buildings, cable trenches, and roads within the substation premises.
Monitor concrete quality, reinforcement installation, curing processes, and other critical civil construction activities to meet design and technical specifications.
Ensure earthworks, leveling, and compaction meet geotechnical requirements and approved drawings.
Verify compliance of civil construction materials (e.g., aggregates, cement, steel) with relevant standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and supervise testing (e.g., slump test, cube strength test, soil compaction test).
Ensure proper installation and testing of electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, GIS/AIS equipment, control panels, and protection systems.
Monitor cable laying, termination, and testing (e.g., HiPot, megger testing) to ensure compliance with standards.
Verify earthing and lightning protection system installations meet design requirements and safety standards.
Oversee testing and commissioning activities, including relay testing, insulation resistance testing, and functional checks of electrical systems.
Ensure all electrical equipment and components conform to manufacturer specifications, project requirements, and relevant standards (e.g., IS, IEC).
