Site QA Manager - Civil & Electrical Inspection

Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Quality Management System to ensure compliance with Quality Standards, guidelines, and procedures in each assigned task.
• Develop and review project quality related document i.e., PQP, FQP, QAP, SOP, ITP etc.
• Post Dispatch inspection of various equipment i.e., WTG / Solar, Structure, Civil RM, Transformers, HV & LV Panels, HV & LV Cables Road work Raw material, MCC building, , Earthing Material.
• Should have adequate command over all Civil / Mech / Elec. works such as foundation, WTG erection, pilling, rafting, columns, RMC plant, panel installation, conductor , 33//66kV erection design mix concrete and all raw material testing at site.
• Lead Quality Initiatives and activities of project by coordinating with other stakeholders.
• Good Knowledge of Project Quality Management, ISO 9001, IS 2500, IS 2026, IS 456, IS 516, IS 383 IS 3043, IS7098, IS 62271 and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate with Client/Contractor/Vendors for project quality related activities.
• Identify quality problems, initiate corrective actions, and verify implementation of solution for effectiveness.
• Conduct/participate in root cause analysis activities Preparation of reports/presentations for project management review.
• Auditing sites to ensure quality of installations and monitoring the status of NCs/Observation
