Job summary

Sutherland in Hyderabad is seeking a Quality Analyst with 2+ years of US healthcare experience to manage AR follow-up, denial management, and end-to-end quality processes.

You will lead audits, calibration sessions, and team coaching, produce regular quality reports, and collaborate with SD Partners to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have US healthcare experience with AR follow-up and denial management knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Coaching and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient in Excel and presentations.
• Strong client engagement and integrity.
