Job Description

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and drives software test plans. Analyzes and writes test protocol. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be applied during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality mentorship methods.

Duties and tasks are multifaceted and needing independent judgment. Fully proficient in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or handle lower-level personnel. BS or MS degree experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

We are looking to fill QA positions as QA / Senior QA Engineers (IC2 / IC3 Grades) in Oracle, HCM QA organization, Hyderabad, with the following Proficiency & Experience.

Preferred Qualification: -

Bachelors/master's degree: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M. E/MTech. /MBA from reputed universities with committed for QA.

Experience: -

We are searching for candidates with 2 to 6 years of strong Product testing experience in ERP Applications (Fusion / EBS / PeopleSoft /Workday / SAP/SABA/Sum Total for the Product QA Role.

Combination of functional QA & Automation QA experience / background in testing for the Test Engineering (TET) QA Role.

Responsibilities:

Good understanding of Software Development & QA Processes.
Logical thinker, Self-starter & able to deliver projects on time meeting high quality standards with a dedication and Go-Getter Demeanor
Good verbal and written communication skills
Teammate with Strong Problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience in testing Oracle HCM Products & experience to any of the HCM enterprise modules is much preferred.
Understanding of the latest trends in Human Capital Management.
