Geeva Infra is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities on large-scale infrastructure projects in Bengaluru. The role covers cost control, billing, and contract administration, ensuring accurate measurements, timely certifications, and compliant documentation.

You will coordinate with site engineers, planners, procurement, and finance to align on scope, quantify works, and finalize settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience managing commercial activities from project commencement through final handover.

Responsabilités

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and material quantity calculations.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Identify quantity discrepancies, omissions, and potential cost impacts.
• Verify subcontractor bills, RA bills, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants for joint measurements and certification.
• Monitor payment certifications, outstanding receivables, and retention amounts.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor BOQs and commercial proposals.
• Conduct rate comparisons, negotiations, and commercial evaluations.
• Review subcontract agreements, work orders, and payment terms.
• Track subcontractor quantities, progress, claims, and final settlements.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, engineering, finance, and site teams.
