Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor QA team, providing technical guidance and best practices.

Establish and maintain QA workflows, processes, and strategies to ensure efficient testing and high-quality product delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.

Identify, document, and manage test data requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Selenium, and Page Object Model (POM).

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.

Execute regression and sanity testing based on release plans.

Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using tools like JIRA and TestRail.

Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend improvements.
