Job summary

Concord is looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester with strong expertise in web automation using Cypress. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on building robust automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality releases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The role involves designing, developing and maintaining automated tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior testers to strengthen QA practices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for web automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with test frameworks and tools (Mocha, Chai, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in API testing is a plus (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress for web applications

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
