Job summary

HealthRecon Connect is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing using Playwright, Selenium, Java and TypeScript/JavaScript.

The role focuses on integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, managing Git workflows, reducing flaky tests, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare IT standards. Strong communication and mentoring skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience, including 3+ years in test automation engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium WebDriver, using Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript to build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing, SQL, backend validation, test data management, and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipeline integration, automation reporting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior QA engineers. Performance testing and healthcare/RCM software experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review automation code, mentor QA engineers, participate in Agile ceremonies, support release readiness, and ensure relevant healthcare IT and data privacy quality standards.
