Job summary

Drink Prime is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to elevate quality across our software products. You will design and implement robust manual and automated test strategies, integrate testing into CI/CD, and mentor junior QA engineers in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure reliability, performance, and seamless user experiences across platforms, applying industry best practices and metrics to drive continuous quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing with a strong automation foundation.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python or C#).
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium or TestNG.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases, including unit, integration, and UI tests.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data to support consistent and repeatable testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and partner with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
• Stay current with industry advancements in testing tools, methodologies, and automation technologies, and apply insights to enhance testing efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and professional growth.
• Analyze testing metrics and outcomes to deliver actionable insights that drive product quality improvements.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is highly advantageous
