Role Overview

We are looking for aFullAutomation Testing QA Engineerwho will take ownership of qualityassurance through strong test automation practices. The role focuses ondesigning and maintaining automated test solutions acrossAPI, UI,integration, regression, and performance testing, while working closelywith product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Define and implement comprehensiveautomation‑first teststrategiesfor API and UI applications
  
• Create detailed test plans covering functional, integration,regression, and performance testing
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to defineacceptancecriteria, quality metrics, and release readiness
  
• Identify test scope, risks, and dependencies early in thedevelopment cycle
  
• Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automationbest practices
  
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases forRESTfulAPIsbuilt using NodeJS & Python frameworks ( FastAPI, Flask,Django, etc.)
  
• Validate request/response payloads, headers, status codes, andbusiness logic
  
• Test API authentication, authorization, and security scenarios
  
• Cover negative scenarios, edge cases, and boundary conditions
  
• Use tools such aspytest, Postman, REST Assured, orsimilar frameworks for API automation
  

Integration & Regression Testing

• Build and maintainautomated integration test suitesacrossbackend services and system components
  
• Develop robust regression automation to ensure existingfunctionality remains stable across releases
  
• Validate data flow between frontend, backend, databases, and third‑partysystems
  
• Track, document, and communicate integration issues and systemdependencies
  
• Manage test data requirements for integration and regressionscenarios
  
• Create and maintain automated UI test suites forReact‑basedweb applications
  
• Automate UI tests usingPlaywright, Cypress, Jest, or ReactTesting Library
  
• Validate UI workflows, component behaviour, and user interactions
  
• Perform basic accessibility testing and validate WCAG compliancewhere applicable
  

Performance Testing

• Design and executeperformance and scalability testingstrategiesfor APIs and UI components
  
• Define performance benchmarks and acceptance thresholds
  
• Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing
  
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate withengineering teams on improvements
  
• Document performance test results and recommendations using toolslikeLocust, JMeter, or k6
  

Automation Frameworks & CI/CD Integration

• Build and maintainscalable automation frameworksusingPython (pytest, unittest, etc.)
  
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code
  
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testexecution
  
• Generate automation reports and dashboards for test results andcoverage
  
• Participate in test automation code reviews and follow coding bestpractices
