Job summary

UST in India seeks an experienced Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain an AI-powered DevOps chatbot that automates infrastructure operations, incident management, monitoring, deployment support, and knowledge retrieval.

You will integrate LLMs, build workflows across Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Kubernetes and Terraform, and work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of Python development experience.
Strong knowledge of FastAPI/Flask and REST APIs.
Experience with AI/LLMs, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools.
Experience integrating AI/ML services and building backend APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain an AI-powered DevOps chatbot.
Integrate Large Language Models (Anthropic or open-source) and build chatbot workflows for DevOps use cases.
Integrate chatbot with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Kubernetes, Terraform.
Develop REST APIs and backend services.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using enterprise knowledge bases.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain an AI-powered DevOps Chatbot that automates infrastructure operations, incident management, monitoring, deployment support, and knowledge retrieval. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience with AI/LLMs, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered chatbot solutions using Python.
Integrate Large Language Models (Anthropic, or open-source LLMs).
Build chatbot workflows for DevOps use cases such as:
- Incident management
- Deployment monitoring
- Log analysis
- Root cause analysis assistance
- Infrastructure troubleshooting
Integrate chatbot with DevOps tools:
- Azure DevOps
- Jira
- ServiceNow
- Jenkins
- GitHub/GitLab
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
Develop REST APIs and backend services.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using enterprise knowledge bases.
Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Optimize chatbot performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering teams.

Required Technical Skills

5+ years of Python development experience.
Strong knowledge of:

Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
Azure/AWS certifications are a plus.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant AI, Cloud, or DevOps certifications preferred.

Nice-to-Have

Generative AI project experience.
Knowledge graph integration.
MLOps experience.
Experience with Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow chatbot integration.
