Job summary

Rekruton Global IT Services is seeking a Senior Python Developer (AI/ML) to build an AI-powered chatbot testing platform. You will design and implement intelligent systems using Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP to transform how conversational AI is tested and validated.

You will lead development of Python APIs with Django or Flask, collaborate on system architecture covering NLU, NLG, and dialogue management, and experiment with LLMs to boost testing accuracy, coverage, and intelligence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience focusing on Python and ML
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs or similar AI systems
• Strong experience with Python APIs using Django and/or Flask
• Solid understanding of ML/NLP concepts (NLU, NLG, dialogue systems)

In this role, you'll design and develop intelligent systems leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced NLP to revolutionize how conversational AI is tested and validated. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain components of a Generative AI-powered chatbot testing application.
• Develop and optimize Python-based APIs and services using Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with team members to design system architecture covering NLU, NLG, and dialogue management.
• Integrate and experiment with LLMs and other AI/ML models to improve testing accuracy, coverage, and intelligence.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and robustness of backend systems through testing and optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into well-engineered features.
• Contribute to discussions around technical design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Research emerging trends in Generative AI, NLP, and chatbot development, and apply relevant findings to enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python and machine learning.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or similar large-scale AI systems.
• Solid experience developing Python APIs using Django and/or Flask.
• Good understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts such as NLU, NLG, and dialogue systems.
• Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and writing high-quality, production-ready code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for working on real-world AI applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
