Job summary

UST is seeking a savvy AI/GenAI professional in Mumbai to build practical AI, GenAI, and automation solutions that boost productivity and enhance customer experience. You will automate processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and ServiceNow, while developing POCs, MVPs, and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, perform technical scoping and risk assessments, and contribute to documentation, SOPs, and reusable

Qualifications

• GenAI/LLM/RAG/AI agents experience with practical implementations.
• Power Platform Automation and API-driven automation exposure.
• Strong Python skills and API integrations.

Responsibilities
