Job summary

UST in Bengaluru invites experienced AI engineers to join a team advancing GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will work on AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, vector databases, and open-source models, building end-to-end data science pipelines from framing to deployment.

Candidates should be strong in Python, ML frameworks, and DL techniques, with hands-on experience in Docker and MLOps. Excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure are valued as we co-create impactful

Qualifications

• Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python data science stack.
• Strong understanding of ML workflows and deployment.
• Experience with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
• Knowledge of OCR/document digitization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions for client use cases.
• Design agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experiment with models, evaluate performance, iterate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end DS lifecycle.
• Implement research papers and adapt models to tasks.

Job Description

GenAI & Agentic AI

• AI Agents & agentic workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI)
• RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, multi-agent orchestration
• Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings
• LLM fine-tuning/adaptation (LoRA/QLoRA) on open-source or foundation models
• Ability to implement research papers and adapt open-source models to use cases

Programming & ML

• Python; NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Matplotlib
• Statistics & probability distributions
• Image processing: OpenCV, scikit-image
• ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering
• Deep learning: CNN, RNN, LSTM, GANs, Autoencoders, Transformers, YOLO
• OCR/document digitization (preferred)

Delivery

• End-to-end DS lifecycle: framing → data → modeling → deployment
• Nice to have: Docker, big data tools, MLOps/LLMOps
